Our refund policy for DIY programs and subscriptions.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for each service tier.
DIY Programs (One-Time Purchases)
No refunds.
All DIY programmes are non-refundable due to the instant digital delivery of the product. Once you purchase a programme, you receive immediate access via the Everfit app, and the content cannot be "returned."
If you experience technical issues accessing your programme (e.g., app access not granted, missing content), contact us at info@ohanlonperformance.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Before you buy:
- Read the product description carefully to ensure it matches your goals and training level.
- Check the FAQ section on the Shop page for common questions.
- If you're unsure which program is right for you, contact us before purchasing.
If you want a refundable option, consider Custom Coaching (see below).
Custom Coaching (Monthly Subscription — €127/mo)
14-day refund on first month only.
If you subscribe to Custom Coaching and decide it's not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Conditions:
- This refund policy applies only to your first month of subscription.
- You must request the refund within 14 days of your initial payment date.
- After the 14-day window, no refunds are provided for any subsequent months.
- You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after 14 days but before your next billing date, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (no pro-rated refund).
How to request a refund:
Email info@ohanlonperformance.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Custom Coaching" and include your name and the email address used for your Stripe payment.
Teams (Contact for Pricing)
14-day refund on first month only.
The same refund policy as Custom Coaching applies to Teams subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 14 days of your first payment.
- No refunds after the 14-day window.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation after 14 days remains active until the end of the current billing period (no pro-rated refund).

Email info@ohanlonperformance.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Teams" and include your name and the email address used for your Stripe payment.
EU Consumer Rights Directive
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have a 14-day "cooling-off period" to cancel online purchases of services. However, this right does not apply to:
- Digital content delivered immediately — By purchasing a DIY program, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right to cancel.
- Services that have already begun — For Custom Coaching and Teams subscriptions, once your first month's program is delivered via the Everfit app, the service has commenced. You may still request a refund within 14 days (as outlined above), but this is a discretionary refund offered by us, not a legal requirement.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed via Stripe, the payment processor used for your original purchase.
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., the same credit or debit card).
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback) instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your access to all services immediately.
- Block future purchases from your email address or payment method.
Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at info@ohanlonperformance.com so we can resolve it directly.
