Four steps, then it repeats

  1. 1

    Your profile

You fill in the intake forms: position, injury history, training age, equipment and where you are in the season. That becomes your GAA performance profile.

  2. 2

    Your first block

I write a 4-week block from that profile. It lands in your training app with a video on every exercise.

  3. 3

    Train and check in

You log your sessions and check in once a week. It takes about a minute.

  4. 4

    Your next block

Every 4 weeks the next block is built from your logs and check-ins. If something flares up in between, message me in the app and we sort it.

Everything in your training app

  • A GAA performance profile before anything is written
  • A new 4-week block every month, written for you
  • Speed, gym and pitch work planned around club training
  • A video demo on every exercise
  • Weekly check-ins in the app
  • Form checks on your key lifts
  • In-app messaging for questions

What players say

I have worked with Peter over the last 2-3 years in terms of getting the body prepared for championship games and sorting out wee niggles along the way. It has been nothing short of top-class service with a very passionate outlook on his profession.
Karl McMenamin · Monaghan GAA
Before working with Peter, my biggest challenge was finding a program tailored to the GAA season and its demands. My numbers in the gym increased as the year went on, leading to gains in strength, size and power.
Eddie Walsh · Killanny GAA
From the first assessment, it was clear that there was a level of professionalism & knowledge. The attention to detail and personal touch caught my attention straight away. It was eye-opening to see how effective proper training and technique are in performance.
Michael Metzger · Magheracloone GAA

Questions, answered

Is this 1 to 1 coaching?

It's a programme built for you, one athlete at a time, with in-app messaging for questions along the way. There are no video calls or in-person sessions.

How much does it cost?

€63 a month. Month to month, cancel anytime, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Is it for hurling and camogie as well as football?

Yes. Your code and position are part of the profile, and the speed and conditioning work is set to what your game asks of you.

What if I'm coming back from injury?

I'm a chartered physiotherapist, so your injury history is in the profile from day one. The block works around what's sore and builds you back towards full training.

What equipment do I need?

Generally a gym with a barbell, dumbbells, a squat rack and a bench. If your kit is limited, say so in the intake and the programme is written around what you have.

How does it fit around club training?

You tell me your pitch nights and match days. The hardest gym work is kept away from games, and the week is planned around the club, not the other way round.
