What format are the programmes?

8-week structured programmes delivered on the Everfit app. You get video exercise demos, weekly progressions, and training age adjustments built in. Buy once, keep forever.

Can I do these alongside club training?

Yes. They're designed to complement your club schedule, not compete with it. Slot sessions in around training days.

Which programme should I start with?

Speed & Strength if you want gym-based strength that transfers to the pitch. RSA if you're fading in the second half and need match fitness - it's pitch-based and doesn't need a gym. Pure Speed is coming soon.

Are these refundable?

No. Digital programme purchases are non-refundable due to instant delivery. You get access immediately after payment.

What equipment do I need?

Access to a gym with barbells, dumbbells, a squat rack, bench and pull-up bar. Standard gym equipment. Field sessions need a pitch or open grass area.
