2. Services Provided

Access to personalised digital coaching programs via Everfit.
In-app messaging support (no live or in-person sessions).
One-off downloadable PDF fitness programs available for purchase on our website.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use our services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must provide written consent. We reserve the right to request age verification and proof of consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in GBP.
Everfit coaching plans require upfront payment. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment.
PDF purchases are delivered immediately and are non-refundable under UK consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by O’Hanlon Performance, including but not limited to training programs, PDFs, videos, and written content, are the property of O’Hanlon Performance Ltd. You may not copy, share, sell, or modify these materials without written permission.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
You agree that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in exercise. Our services do not substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any program.

7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services. All use is at your own risk.
