WHY I BUILT THIS PROGRAM

I’m Peter O’Hanlon – chartered physio, S&C coach, and former club player.

I’ve worked with club and county players across Ireland, and I kept seeing the same problem:

Players putting in serious gym work, but it wasn’t translating to the pitch.

Why? Because generic programs build numbers on a barbell. They don’t build speed.

And online coaching? Most players can’t afford €200+/month for the whole season.

So I built this: GAA-specific speed-strength training at a price club players can actually afford.

Common Questions

Most club programs are generic strength work or one-size-fits-all conditioning. This is speed-strength training specifically designed for GAA – explosive lifts, acceleration work, and conditioning that transfers to match day.

Absolutely. If you choose Personalised Coaching (€100/month), we’ll adjust your program based on your rehab stage. If you’re fully cleared and want to follow the standard program, Speed-Strength (€50/month) works too.

All depends on your time and goals. Typically 2-4 sessions per week, 45 minutes each. Designed to fit around your club training, not replace it.

Access to a gym with barbells, dumbbells, and basic equipment (squat rack, bench, pull-up bar). Most club gyms or commercial gyms have everything you need.
